Eqonex Group Files for Judicial Administration Protection in Singapore Court

According to a company letter to shareholders, Eqonex Group filed for judicial management at the Singapore High Court after failing close a short term financing deficit. Ltd. are currently being placed into voluntary liquidation. Eqonex is currently in voluntary liquidation after negotiating with Bifinity to extend the loan arrangement.
