Terra Classic Community: Should Terra wait before voting on crucial proposal 11030?

Terra Classic developer Terra Rebels’ Proposal 11030 has been put up for public vote by the community. Terra Rebels will be able to receive 937,500,000 LUNC tokens valued at $150,000 from the community pool for Rebel Station Development. It will allow LUNC to separate from Terraform Labs and Do Kwon.
